Put 177 miles on my new bike today. Absolutely love the ride, handling and power. Harley hit this one out of the park. When I moved from the 2010 to the 2014 I was impressed, the 2017 Milwaukee 8 is in a whole different dimension. Absolutely no motor noise at all, almost like I'm on a different brand, no names mentioned, but the exhaust note with the Screaming Eagle pipes give it great tone. I am sure glad I waited for the new models, well worth the wait. Now I feel a fall trip is necessary. Thank you for all you did to put this deal together.

I had never ventured that far down state to go to an HD Dealer but after looking for a second bike online I found a great deal at Jamestown HD I must say I am very impressed with all the staff at Jamestown HD. Not only is the bike immaculate, fully serviced it also has a quick disconnect battery lead. When discussing how and when I could pick the bike up Morgan checked their delivery schedule and told me if I could wait till next week they will be in my area and will gladly drop off my bike. WOW way above and beyond great service, beyond my expectations. I AM IMPRESSED!!!! I highly recommend this dealership if your looking for a new or used Harley. I usually don't write reviews, but I had such a great experience with Jamestown Harley-Davidson, I felt compelled to do so.Jamestown Harley-Davidson has a truly awesome staff, I bought a new 2016 Electra Glide Ultra Classic in January 2016 Brian Reid was fantastic, I live 70+ miles from Jamestown, so communication thru phone calls and emails was extremely important to me and the entire process was outstanding, Brian offered a very fair trade for my current Harley. When I finally visited the dealership the staff took their time and helped me tailor my new Harley, from Troy in sales to Ed in the parts department combing thru the parts book helping me find exactly what I wanted.The financing was seamless Kayla in the finance dept. explained everything in detail and was truly helpful.Because it being January Jamestown Harley even delivered and picked up my trade, again the entire process was easy and seamless.Thank You Jamestown Harley for my new ride.. Looking forward to Spring!!!!

By the way I made it home on scratched. WHAT A CLASS ACT, I mean it, from the start to the finish I ran into pleasant, helpful people. To make and seal the deal over the internet and phone when I could not come close, face to face, near my home is testament enough. Troy ty, and all involved Brian, the grand daughter that picked me up at my hotel, the finance lady, the lady in the store and generally all that I came face to face with in the dealership smiling and helpful. OMG what a ride home to the Utica area only 2 stops and I could walk when I got home what a ride! HAPPY 40TH and from my experience should be at least 40 more

I was in market for new ride, been to three dealers before going to HDJ after seeing a ride of interest on their web site. The atmosphere and appearance of dealership was very inviting.The attention and discussion I had with Troy about my potential trade and the bike of interest was a delightful experience.After purchase, meeting the staff was extremely helpful.The added bonus is finding a very energetic HOG chapter who are active and inviting.I had to ride 80+ miles, and pass three dealerships to get here. I would do it again in a heartbeat to repeat the experience, and recommend to all in market to visit HDJ prior to buying elsewhere.

Most Harley dealerships I've been to are good, a few not so good, and some have been exceptional. Jamestown Harley is one of the exceptional dealerships. The owner Brian Reed and the entire staff makes one feel they're not only a part of the Harley Family but also a part of the family at the dealership. From the minute you call and until you leave the dealership provides that hometown treatment no matter where your from. Believe me, I'm a very finicky (pain in the a--) customer, just ask Joe in sales. I strongly urge anyone who has never been to Jamestown Harley to stop in and see for yourself, you won't be disappointed.
